Our Story
For fourteen years I built a career in sales and leadership across logistics and software. Good teams, real results, a fancy title that kept growing.
But I noticed something uncomfortable along the way. In corporate life, you don't always need to be at your best, you need to look like it. If you're articulate, charismatic, and know how to read a room, you can go surprisingly far without ever truly putting everything in.
I got good at that. And it started to bother me.
Because success that isn't fully earned doesn't sit right. You know the difference. Even when no one else does.
So in 2025, I changed the game I was playing.
I committed fully to training. Because sport operates by completely different rules. There's no performance review, no charm offensive, no shortcut through a hard climb. The trail doesn't care about your CV. It doesn't care how well you present. It only wants to know one thing: did you do the work?
Day after day. Session after session. Often with no one watching.
That's where trailinstinct was born.
trailinstinct is for people who are done half-committing. Who want to find out what they're actually made of and not what they can convince others they're made of. It's for those who show up when it's hard, train when no one's watching, and chase the kind of progress that can't be faked.
The trail reveals everything. That's exactly why I run it.
Cheers, Peer
