I just placed an order. When will it be shipped?
We strive to ship items as quickly as possible. Items ordered will be shipped within 24 hours.
Tracking numbers will be updated 2–3 days after your order has shipped. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at info@trailinstinct.com.

I'm not satisfied with my order. Can I return it? What if there's a problem?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. You have 30 days to return it to us for a full refund. Return shipping is at your own expense. Once we receive the product, we will refund the full purchase price. Please include your name and order number on the returned package.

Please note: If your package is in transit, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

Can I cancel my order?
No, please return your item within 30 days. 

I entered the wrong address. What can I do now?
If you entered or auto-filled the wrong address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and verify it. Once you confirm that the address is incorrect, please email us at info@trailinstinct.com. If the incorrect address is reported within 24 hours, we can correct it. After 24 hours, we are unable to offer refunds for incorrect addresses.

How long does shipping take?
Between 1-3 days within Germany and 3-5 days within Europe.
